Elbio has been supplying quality bakery products since 1976 and for the last 7 years specialised in portion controlled individual cakes and pastries.

With a dedicated team, our cakes are hand made using the best available ingredients. Our products are consistent and easy to identify for their point of difference in presentation and that homemade style appearance. We provide an extensive range with a good variety aimed mainly to cafes and restaurants. Every day at 2pm we start our hand rolling of croissants and Danishes, filling the neighbourhood with the buttery smell of our delicious pastry.
